Our second investigation of the Gasworks in Carrickfergus on Tuesday 17 June 08. On this investigation we concentrated on areas where we had picked up phenomena from our last visit. We also concentrated on The Air Raid Shelter and held a lengthy vigil in that area. We did pick up slight knocks and movement throughout the vigil.

First Investigation & Initial walk round carried out on Thursday 22 May 08 of the Old Gasworks and Museum in Carrickfergus . Such an interesting location with so much history attached to it although the Gasworks only dates back from the mid 19th Century. We were given a great welcome by Brian & Sharon who look after the Gasworks. Brian gave us a full tour around the site which all the team found extremely interesting. It has been reported that an appirition of a lady has been seen roaming the works, so with this in mind paranormal ulster carried out an initial short investigation on there first visit and experienced some strange phenomena in two areas of the gasworks. Paranormal Ulster will be returning in the very near future for further extended investigations.
