Paranormal Ulster conducted there first full investigation at the Ballygally Castle Hotel near Larne on Tuesday 10 February 2009. After setting up all the technical equipment we decided to conduct a vigil in the ghost room at the top of the tower. We monitored the area with both cctv and video infra red cameras , audio equipment for capturing EVP, motion detection equipment and a thermal imaging camera, we also set up trigger objects around the building. Throughout the evening we experienced massive temperature fluctuations, doors opening and closing by themselves and intelligent responsive knocks on the table. We also conducted a first for the ghost room , a mini seance and experienced glass and table movement. This is the first investigation of many at the hotel .

Paranormal Ulster conducted there first overnight investigation at the Saltwater Brig near Kircubbin on Sunday 25th January 2009. A very enjoyable night was had where we caught EVP and also some very strange light anomalies on our night vision CCTV System, a follow up investigation is arranged in the coming months.
